Tim manages the daily activities of the company along with personnel management and crew scheduling for the Small Projects Group. He performs a majority of the firm's marketing and client relationship duties. He has been with Aldridge, Inc. for more than ten years.
Tim solicits, estimates, bids and manages projects ranging from small commercial office buildings to multi-unit residential developments.
